1. Participation in and gaining the benefit of this promotion is deemed acceptance
of these terms and conditions.

This offer is open to all Australian residents who are registered holders of a
Priceline Clubcard. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors
(and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies
associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

To qualify for and to be entered into this promotion by the Promoter, eligible
Priceline Clubcard holders must purchase a L’Oreal Million Lashes mascara (RRP
$27.95) in any Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store between 12:00 a.m. AEDT on
Wednesday 1 September 2010 and 5:59 p.m. AEDT on Sunday 15 October 2010.4. The Priceline Clubcard must be scanned when payment is made.
5. Every eligible purchase of a L’Oreal Million Lashes Mascara offers one entry to
the competition. Eligible Priceline Clubcard holders may enter this promotion as
many times as they like.6. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their Priceline
Clubcard membership details, including their postal address and/or email
information, is correct and up to date when entering this promotion. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or
correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to
cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part,
including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties
or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written
directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the
participant.

How winners will be determined and notified
9. The winning entries will be randomly drawn at Res Publica, Level 4, 387 George
Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 29 October 2010 at 10am.
10. The major prize will be drawn first, followed by the minor prizes.
11. Prize draw winners will be notified in writing by email and mail and the names of
the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au on 1 November 2010.
The winners’ names will also be published in the Priceline e-newsletter and in
The Australian on 4 November 2010.
12. If any prize is not claimed by 5pm EST on 29 January 2011, the winner’s entry will
be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws
at 12pm EST on 31 January 2011 at the same location as the original draw as are
necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the
relevant gaming authorities.
13. If further draws take place at 12pm EST on 31 January 2011, prize draw winners
will be notified in writing by email and mail. The winners’ names will also be
published on
www.priceline.com.au and in The Australian on 3 February 2011.
Prizes
14. There will be ten major prize winners who will receive 10,000 Clubcard points
each. Clubcard is Priceline’s customer loyalty program, which awards members
Clubcard points when they use their membership card. Clubcard points are
converted into vouchers that are redeemable in any Priceline or Priceline
Pharmacy store. The monetary value of the voucher equates to four per cent of
the total points earned. Each major prize is valued at RRP $400.00.
15. There will be 180 minor winners who will receive 5,000 Clubcard points each.
The monetary value of the voucher equates to three per cent of the total points
earned. Each minor prize is valued at RRP $150.00
16. Major prize winners and minor prize winners will receive their Clubcard discount
vouchers with the nominated prize money by the 20th January 2011 via post.
Winners will have 12 months to redeem their discount vouchers at any Priceline
or Priceline Pharmacy stores.
17. The prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted
except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant
state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the
advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not
replace any lost or stolen prizes.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify
any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry
process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in
accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
19. The contact details of the winning entries will be passed onto a 3rd party for
prize fulfillment only and will be destroyed by the 3rd party once the prize has
been sent to the winners.
20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies
will not accept liability or claims relating to or in connection with this promotion,
including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or loss of property,
and any change in value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and
the date the prizes are claimed.
21. The total prize value of the promotion is RRP $31,000.00.
