?This competition is run by Perth Fashion Festival (ABN 47 113 890 458)
?Awarded to one prizewinner, the total prize consists of the following elements:
?This competition is open to all persons, equivalent to or over the age of 18 years, attending specified Perth Fashion Festival events
between Thursday 9 September 2010 to Wednesday 15 September.
?Entry is available to all attendees at Perth Fashion Festival's Fashion Central events, all ticketed events at Fashion Paramount, the Myer Fashion Luncheon at Fraser's Restaurant and patrons of the Festival's Fashion Bar.
?Entries in the competition received outside the entry period will be rejected
?Employees and immediate families of Perth Fashion Festival, its agents or representatives, employees of Mad Fish, Bunkers, Quay
West Resort Bunker Bay, George Private Cars or Fashion WA are ineligible to enter
?Only official entry forms will be accepted (no photocopies, reproductions, facsimiles etc)
?This competition is free to enter, however participants are expected to pay their own cost of attending ticketed events
?The prize will be drawn on Thursday 16 September 2010 at the office of Perth Fashion Festival, Level 9 Carillon Office Tower, 207
Murray Street, Perth.
?The winner will be notified by phone and/ or email
?The winner will have one week to respond in order to claim the prize
?If the winner does not accept the prize it may not be transferred to any other person
?The prize cannot be redeemed between and/or on 23 December 2010 to 2 January 2011
?The prize must be redeemed no later than 31st March 2011
?Upon notification that for any reason the prizewinner is unable to accept the prize, a re-draw will take place within five days of said
notification
?Flights, food and beverages, fashion voucher and transfer costs are only covered for that which is outlined in the competition
description
?The prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash nor can it be sold to any other person
?Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate specific travel dates requested by the prize winner, factors such as weather,
aircraft scheduling, winemaker and designer availability may impact available dates
?Helicopter travel is impacted by load factors and safety requirements therefore you must be physically capable of embarking and
disembarking from the aircraft unassisted and
the all up weight of you and your travelling companion should not exceed 200
kilograms
?Limousine transfers restricted to an area designated as the Perth Metropolitan area
?By entering the competition you are allowing Perth Fashion Festival to access your personal details which may be passed on to
selected third parties associated with the competition for marketing purposes
?In the event of that the winners' chosen flights and travel dates being cancelled, Perth Fashion Festival reserves the right to replace
these with substitute arrangements to the same value or less than the original prize
?To the extent permitted by law, Perth Fashion Festival is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and
including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, in
connection with the arrangement for supply of travel services by any person to the winners
?Perth Fashion Festival agrees to uphold their obligations and requirements of the prize however as it is offered in conjunction with
other companies, Perth Fashion Festival does not take responsibility if these companies withdraw or fail to provide their prizesThe
decision of Perth Fashion Festival in all matters in final
?Perth Fashion Festival will not enter into correspondence on any of the rules above
