Terms & Conditions 1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. This competition is being run at Botanical, 169 Domain Road, South Yarra, VIC, 3141.
3. The competition commences on 15 June 2010, and concludes on 24 September 2010.
4. An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for the prizes and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry of claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. The Prize consists of a private dining experience at the Botanical restaurant.
6. The winners of the competition will be drawn no later than 5.00pm on Monday 27 September 2010.
7. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within two days of the draw.
8. The Prize must be collected by 31 December 2010. Failure to collect the Prize within this time will result in it being forfeited. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
10. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their information for future promotional purposes.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
