Terms and Conditions:
Entry to the competition is open to all persons over the age of 18 using or visiting T1 at Adelaide
Airport except employees of Adelaide Airport Limited and their immediate family, tenants in T1 and
their immediate family, the staff of tenants in T1 and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff
of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their
immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
One entry per single purchase transaction is allowed. To qualify for the prize draw for the relevant
month of the promotional period the entrant must have spent on a single purchase transaction
during that month:
• $40 to be eligible to be in the draw for a prize of a $500 air travel voucher
• $90 to be eligible to be in the draw for a prize of a $1,000 air travel voucher.
Major prize:
In total, 4 x $1,000 and 4 x $500 air travel vouchers from Airport Travel, Unit 5-8 Commercial Centre
Export Park 5950.
One $1,000 air travel voucher and one $500 air travel voucher will be the prizes available to be won in
each of the monthly draws to be held in the promotional period.
The prize winner is responsible for organising and purchasing of Travel Insurance, Visa and Passport
requirements if required.
The prize redemption is valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw.
General Terms:
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of those terms and conditions detailed on the entry form
and the website
www.t1shopping.aal.com.au.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss damage what so ever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the
prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of the promoter. The Promoter will not use the entrant’s details in any
other form other than advertising the winner’s names in the Adelaide Advertiser. The promoter will comply
with any applicable legislation and written directions by a competent authority if the prize is unclaimed. If
the prize is not claimed 3 months after the date of the draw and if permitted, the promoter may conduct
a further draw at 10am on 5th November 2010 (redraw of July competition), 9th December 2010 (redraw
August competition), 7th January 2011 (redraw September competition) and 4th February 2011 (redraw
October competition).
All other costs not identified in the Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winners. Prize
selected must be taken as offered and are not transferable, saleable or redeemable for cash. Prizes not
redeemed within the time allocated will be deemed forfeited. The promoter will not be liable for any tax
implications which may arise as a result of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be
sought.
The promotional period is from the 1st July 2010 to 30th October 2010 with the following monthly
competitions within that period:
July competition: starts at 4.30am on 1st July 2010 and concludes at 10.30pm on 31st July 2010
August competition: starts at 4.30am on 1st August 2010 and concludes at 10.30pm on 31st August 2010
September competition: starts at 4.30am on 1st September 2010 and concludes at 10.30pm on 30th September 2010
October competition: starts at 4.30am on 1st October 2010 and concludes at 10.30pm on 31st October 2010For the respective monthly competitions the prize draw will take place at Adelaide Airport Limited
Management Centre at 1 James Schofield Drive, Adelaide Airport SA 5950 at 10 am on 5th August, 9th
September, 7th October and 4th November 2010.
The first valid entry drawn per nominated prize will be judged the winner of that prize and no further
correspondence will be entered into.
The winners of the respective monthly competitions will be notified by phone and their names printed on
the public notices section of The Advertiser on Saturday 14th August, 18th September, 16th October and
13th November 2010. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entry that is illegible, forged, and incomplete, not in accordance with the entry terms and conditions or is
a copy of the official entry form.
Proof of identity will be required when claiming prizes.
