One of Australia’s most loved bands, Thirsty Merc, are performing at The Hi-Fi, Melbourne for their national Spring Tour which will see them play twenty-four dates through seven states and territories this October/November.
The tour gives the homegrown four-piece an opportunity to deliver new hits and old favourites to fans around the country. With each live performance the band showcases an unrivalled level of musicianship paired with an infectious passion and absolute commitment to the delivery of their cleverly crafted songs.

With their second single from Top 15 ARIA Chart album “Mousetrap Heart” already gaining an enthusiastic reaction at radio across Australia, landing #5 Most Added in its first week and their latest single from the same album rising to #1 most played Aussie act on radio nationally, Thirsty Merc have proven why they are one of Australia’s premier live music acts.

Terms & Conditions -
Win a Double Pass to Thirsty Merc at The Hi-Fi, Melbourne on October 16th.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Employees of Beam Global Australia, Coca-Cola Amatil, their agents, contractors, consultants and their immediate families (including de facto spouses) or any other persons assisting with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to, anyone who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

4. The Promoter is Beam Global Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 003 953 357) of Level 1, Building 2, 49 Frenchs Forest Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW (Promoter).

5. Winners must be prepared to travel to 125 Swanston Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 for the event, which will take place on Saturday, 16th October 2010, doors open at 8pm. The winner must be prepared to travel to and from the event at their own expense and through their own means.

6. The winner will receive the following prize: 2 x tickets valued at $30 AUD each, total prize value of $60.00 AUD.

7. Entries to the competition commence Wednesday, 8th September and will close on Friday, 8th October 5pm EST.

8. The draw will take place at Rockstar Management (224 Riley Street, Surry Hills 2010) at 5pm NSW EST on Friday, 8th October, 2010.

9. The winner will be informed about how they will receive their tickets when they are notified about winning the competition.

10. All entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Proof of age will be required.

11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. All winners agree to drink responsibly and abide by the RSA laws of the governing state.

13. Prize is not transferrable. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. Winners will be contacted by phone and email, and winner’s names will be posted on theLBLM.com on Friday, 8th October.

15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter (and its affiliates and companies that work for the Promoter) may use and disclose the information provided by them by entering the information into a database for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.

16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
