Conditions 1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry (Conditions). Entry into the “PURA Light Start & Dairy Farmers New ‘5-star breakfast’ Promotion” (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions.

Entry is open to Victorian, New South Wales and Queensland residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Promotion.
How to enter
4. To enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase
(i) any ONE PURA Light Start product from a participating Ritchies Supermarket outlet in Victoria ONLY; or
(ii) any ONE Dairy Farmers New product from a participating Ritchies Supermarket outlet in New South Wales or Queensland ONLY; (together, the Promotion Products)

www.natfoods.com.au/ritchies, follow the links to the promotional pages and fully complete the online entry form by providing your first name, surname, post code, telephone number, email address and the last 5 digits of the barcode of your Promotion Product (Product Barcode) and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
5. Entrants must retain the Product Barcode and Ritchies Supermarket receipts for each entry showing proof of purchase, and will be required to validate any entries made into the Promotion pursuant to clause 19.
6. Individuals can submit multiple entries. Limit of one entry per household per day.
7. Any entry containing a Product Barcode that has been used more than once to enter the Promotion will be deemed invalid.
8. There are six Major Prizes to be won. Limit of one Major Prize per household. Winners of Major Prizes are eligible to win Minor Prizes and vice versa, in accordance with clause 15.
9. Product Barcodes that contain errors and cannot be recognised by the Promoter will not be accepted. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
10. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service is void and invalid. All other entries by that entrant will also be deemed invalid.
Prizes
11. The Prizes are (Prizes):
11.1 (Major Prize) There are six Major Prizes to be won in total. Each Major Prize consists of a 5-star breakfast experience for two people. Winners are able to choose from one of the following experiences:
• Experience 1: Five Star breakfast in bed for two, includes: o Return private car transfers from winner’s home to hotel (based on a maximum 45km radius); alternatively a $100 petrol allowance plus parking at hotel. o 1 night’s 5 Star luxury accommodation for two in winner’s nearest capital city (exact hotel and location confirmed when winner is announced). o Full breakfast in bed for two.
• Experience 2: Spa treatment for two, includes: o Private car transfer from winner’s home (based on a maximum 45km radius). o Local Day Spa treatment (exact location confirmed when winner is announced). o Maximum two pamper packages will be provided valued at $350 each.
• Experience 3: Exclusive Limousine Breakfast for two, includes: o Private limousine service (or similar vehicle) will pick up winner from their home and taken to an exclusive restaurant for a 5 star breakfast for two (venue to be confirmed when winner is announced).
• Experience 4: Sunrise Hot Air Balloon for two, includes: o Return private car transfers from winners home to hot air balloon location (based on maximum 45km radius); alternatively $150 petrol allowance for winner to make their way to the location (location to be confirmed when winner is announced). o Champagne breakfast and hot air balloon ride for two.
• Experience 5: Helicopter flight for two, includes: o Return private car transfers from winners home to helicopter flight location (based on maximum 45km radius); alternatively $150 petrol allowance for the winner to make their way to the location (location to be confirmed when winner is announced). o 30 minute scenic helicopter flight with breakfast.
11.2 Each Major Prize is valued at up to $1,600 (including GST).
11.3 You must redeem your prize before 31 October 2011.
11.4 Prizes are not redeemable during the following periods:
(a) on and from 10 December 2010 until 15 January 2011
and
(b) all Australian public holidays and long weekends.
11.5 All bookings and documentation regarding the Major Prize must be made at least forty-five (45) days prior to travel. All travel and accommodation is subject to availability at all times. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is non refundable or transferable.
11.6 Winners will be contacted upon receipt of prize to confirm experience details.
11.7 The total value of all Major Prizes is up to AUD$9,600 (including GST)
12. (Minor Prizes) There are forty two Ritchies Supermarket grocery vouchers to be won valued at $150 each.
12.1 The total value of all Minor Prizes is up to AUD$6,300.
13. The total Prize pool is valued at up to $15,900 (including GST).
14. The value of all prizes is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Major Prize after that date. The Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the directions of any of the relevant gaming authorities.
How winners are determined
15. There will be a total of (6) Major Prize Draws conducted weekly at 12.00 midday (AEDST) every Wednesday from 27 October 2010 to 1 December 2010 inclusive, at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3123. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each Major Prize draw will win a Major Prize.
16. One Minor Prize draw will be conducted daily at 12.00 midday (AEDST) starting 19 October 2010 and ending 29 November 2010 (inclusive). Total of 42 minor prizes to be won. Draws will be conducted at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3123. Draws to be held on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be conducted on the next business day. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each Minor Prize draw will win a Minor Prize. Minor Prize winners will remain eligible for the Major Prize.
Notification of winners
17. All provisional winners will be notified by email and telephone. Each provisional winner must provide the Promoter with their address if requested when contacted via telephone to enable the Promoter to notify the provisional winner in writing.
18. All provisional winners will be required to send the Promoter the Product Barcode and Ritchies IGA Supa receipts showing proof of purchase to a reply paid address to validate their Prize win by 25 February 2011. The entries of any provisional winners who do not provide their Product Barcodes, receipts and specially marked section of the pack for their Promotion Product by 25 February 2011 will be deemed invalid.
19. The names of Major Prize winners will be published in The Australian on 8 December 2010.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
20. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed Prize draw at 12.00 midday (AEDST) on 3 March 2011 at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3123 as is necessary for any unclaimed Prize or to distribute any Prize awarded to a winner whose entry has been deemed invalid, subject to any directions given by the relevant gaming authority/ies. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (other than those relating to an entrant who is not entitled to a Prize as a result of clauses 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10) will be eligible to win any unclaimed Prize. The first valid entry randomly drawn for each unclaimed Prize will win that unclaimed Prize.
21. All winners of an unclaimed Prize will be notified by email and telephone.
22. The winner(s) of an unclaimed Prize will be published in The Australian on 10 March 2011.
General Conditions
23. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. All entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
25. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including, but not limited to, by using techniques designed to avoid purchasing the Promotion Products, or by using techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs, or by making a Prize claim with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with Product Barcodes or purchase receipts, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions.
26. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
27. If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify the terms of the Promotion, including the Prizes and these Conditions, subject to approval of the relevant gaming authorities
28. If a Prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on their behalf.
29. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
30. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter: (1) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; (2) accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion, including (but not limited to) any failure of the computer system or other equipment to determine winners in accordance with these Conditions; and (3) accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries or entrants’ details.
31. The Promoter and its associated companies and agencies will not be liable for, and by receiving, taking or using any Prize, each winning entrant is deemed to release the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies from, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of receiving, taking or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter holds the benefit of this clause on its own behalf and as trustee for its associated companies and agencies.
32. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
33. By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and announce the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winners, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to their personal information being used by the Promoter for future marketing and promotional purposes (other than marketing or promoting via email). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
