CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter, members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this Promotion.
2. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 30/06/104/10/2010 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 14/11/201025/07/2010. The judging will take place at the Promoters premises.
Judging will begin on 1726/1107/2010 at 120.00noonam AEST ACP Magazines, level 2, 102-108 Toorak Rd Vic at Level 2, 102-108 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141. . The winner will be contacted by phone or email, using the detailsemail provided at time of entry. At the time of winner notification the winner will be asked to confirm their name, address and ,their ability to travel during the time frame specified & their mail details in order for prize to be delivered.
3. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on recipe quality and creative merit of their entry.e “family favourite” baking recipe.
5. To enter, individuals must email or post their swimsuit their family favourite baking recipe using CSR Raw Caster Sugarto

and email their recipe to

Recipes must be an original recipe created and developed by the entrant. Copyright laws apply.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’/ winners identity, age, place of residence, receipt (for proof of purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per purchase requirement (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) each entry must be substantially unique. Entries will not be returned.
9. The best entry as determined by the judges will win the major prize pack valued at $2,6954,900. . this prize pack includes the following including
The winner’s swimsuit created/ manufactured in the winners size.
Flights to Sydney for two people from anywhere in Australia
Two night accommodation & transfers from the airport to the hotel
Styling session for you and a friend or guardian
The opportunity for you and friend to attend the shoot featuring the swimsuit design worn by a Cosmo or Dolly model.
If under 18 winners must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
There will also be 50 summer pack to give away to runners up.

The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. Selection of Items included in prize pack (including but not limited to size, brand, product type, title etc) will be determined by the Promoter it its complete discretion. Inclusion of the winners recipe in any issue of The Australian Womens Weekly (including but not limited to creative control related to the recipes inclusion) will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the inclusion of the winners recipentrye is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, relocated or cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stated.
11. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant (f) redemption of the prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion.
14. Prizes valued in Australian dollars. Prize values mentioned are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
15. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights (including copyright) of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes. Where the entrant’s recipe has been influenced by any recipe, in whole or in part, or idea of any person, the entrant warrants that it has attributed the source and/or owner in its entry.
16. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
17. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page of the Australian Women’s Weekly for location in each issue)..
