Mumz with Bubz Club
THE PROMOTOR
1. The 'Promoter' is Yu Feng Pty Ltd ACN 056 974 844 as trustee and Yuan Chieh Pty Ltd ACN 067 120 370 of; C/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Australia Fair Shopping Centre, Marine Parade, Southport, QLD, 4215.
HOW TO JOIN THE MUMZ WITH BUBZ CLUB
2. An application form must be submitted with all details completed with it via the Customer Service Desk or the Australia Fair website.
3. The applicant must sign the application form.
4. Entry to the Membership Program is allowed only by the agreement to these Terms and Conditions.ELEGIBILITY TO JOIN THE MUMZ WITH BUBZ CLUB
5. To join the Mumz with Bubz Club, a person must:
a) be a resident of Queensland or New South Wales;
b) fill in the application form and have it signed by the applicant.PROMOTERS RIGHTS
6. By becoming a member of the Mumz with Bubz Club, you agree to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of the Promoter in relation to this Club. Approval from the member will be sort by the Promoter for any publicity where the use of the members' photo(s) or name(s) is used.
7. The member agrees to receive promotional and marketing material that the Membership Program may forward via electronic or other means.
8. The Promoter will not be responsible for delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication.
9. To the extent permissible by law, members release the Promoter from any causes of action, loss, liability, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred, as a result of participation in this Promotion.
10. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter may in absolute discretion change, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions.
PRIVACY NOTICE
12. During the course of the Promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information in relation to becoming a new member.
13. By becoming a member of the Mumz with Bubz Club you consent to the information obtained being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information, in any media for furture promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further referene or payment or any other compensation to you.
14. All information collected by the Promoter from the application form will be sotred on a database in teh office of the Promoter. Any request to access,l update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon the individuals' request, all information provided will be removed, please email
