Huggies Little Swimmers® Summer Beach Pack PromotionInformation on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants Summer Beach Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
1. Promotion commences at 00:00:00 AEDT on 8 October 2010. There will be 4 separate periods in which entries can be received (‘Entry Periods’), up until 31 January 2011, as set out below.
Entry Period 1 – Open from 0:00:00 8th October 2010 to 23:59:59 31st October 2010.
Entry Period 2 – Open from 0:00:00 1st November 2010 to 23:59:59 30th November 2010 .
Entry Period 3 – Open from 0:00:00 1st December 2010 to 23:59:59 31st December 2010.
Entry Period 4 – Open from 0:00:00 1st January 2011 to 23:59:59 31st January 2011.
Entries into the Promotion can only be received at these times.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are current members of Huggies® Baby Club or Mum To Be Club.
3. Persons under the age of 13, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, entrants must:
a) go to
www.huggies.com.au (Huggies Website) and sign in as a member or join the Huggies Club online if they are not already a member;
b) follow the link to the Promotion;
c) Follow the prompts to
upload a photo of your child wearing Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants either with their favourite beach or pool accessory(LittleSwimmers Photograph) (Promotion Entry);
d) complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) which includes their tacit consent to receive future Huggies Club Communications; and;
e) press “enter” to enter the Promotion.
5. Entrants warrant and undertake that the Promotion Entry is their own original work and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any party. Entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any loss or damage Promoter may suffer as a result of its use of the Promotion Entry consistent with these conditions of entry.
6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
7. A limit of one entry per household per week during an Entry Period applies. Each entry must be completed on a separate on-line entry form (with all information entered correctly).
8. All valid entries received during each Entry Period will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter against all other entries received in that Entry Period. Judging will be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 at times determinmed by Kimberly-Clark Australia.

10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the image including composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your image (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the image prior to publication without consultation. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
11. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion and based upon the recommended retail price at the commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
12. The winners will be advised via email and winners’ names will be published on
www.huggies.com.au (and you consent to such publication by entering the promotion).
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
