I filled this in for my partner and he got a call from them to see if it was a legitimate entry. Apparently they only get a couple of people a month fill in this survey and all of a sudden ( thanks to sites like this no doubt) they got like 200 people sign up in the last few days. hahaha

either way he said he's send the phone holder anyways.
