Entries will be judged on Thursday 13th January 2010 at 11:00AM at Fisher & Paykel Australia Pty Ltd (16 Parramatta Rd, Lidcombe NSW 2141) during the promotional period. All entries will be judged on creativity. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners will be notified by phone and email/post by 5:00PM Eastern Time Monday 17th January.
* The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
