Terms & Conditions
1.  Entry is open to all residents of Australia. However all The Body Shop At Home Consultants, employees of The Body Shop and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2.  Five winners will be selected, based on the creativity of their answer, by a judging panel. Each winner will each receive a Joy of Sparkle Makeup Pack, valued at at least $100.  (product selection to depend on availabilty.

3.  The Body Shop Joy of Sparkle competition is free to enter, entries are limited to one per person.

4.  The promotion begins on 12/11/10 and closes at 11.59pm EDST on 28/11/10.

5.  To enter you must tell us in 25 words or less what Christmas event you would wear your Joy of Sparkle makeup to.

6.  The winners will be notified by e-mail by 5pm on 3/12/10. If the winners does not claim their prize by responding to the e-mail or telephone contact, with details of the address they wish the prize to the delivered, within four weeks from the date of notification, their prize will be redrawn.

7.  Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

8.  The Body Shop Australia will not provide personal information to any third party or use this information for future contact without specific consent.

9.  The winner's names, and the state in which they live will be published in the next e-newsletter.  If you do not wish to have your name published, please request this when you are notified of your win.

10.  Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
