2. Enter by telling us in less than 25 words what question you would most like to ask Dave Mustaine if you had the chance according to the directions provided with the specific competition. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, damaged, or illegible, which fail to arrive by the closing date, or which are affected in any way by the malfunction of e-mail programs or servers.
3. The competition commences 27/10/2010 and closes on 26/11/2010.
4. Five winners will be selected in total on the creative merit of their answer as judged at Universal Music Australia. Prizes not claimed within 14 days after notification will be forfeited and not awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value between the date of publication and the date the prize is taken.
5. The Prize winner will be determined at Universal Music Australia, 3 Munn Reserve, Millers Point NSW 2000. The judge’s decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email
6. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way if the performance of its obligations hereunder is delayed or becomes impossible by any reason of any Act of God, war, fire, earthquake, strike, sickness, accident, civil commotion or any other cause.
