I saw those as well; but I don't think Santa wants to share his pool with others - because of his celebrity status (see Clue 1: With the trouble I have getting down chimneys I have decided to take up swimming however with my celebrity status I need a place which has its own swimming pool).

But your guess is as good as mine.

I am confused... how is it possible that we search for the same keywords and get different results 

It really depends whether Santa still needs a lot of space for his elves and reindeers. I found a relative small penthouse with a huge terrace

Looks good. do u think the Pool Spa is good enough to be actual spa as there doesnt seem to be pics for it and so description says pool spa..??
