Yesterday I was sure it would be this one:

http://www.realestateview.com.au/Real-Estate/Property-Details-buy-residential-2077901_S.html

and then came the 'total privacy' and I thought it could only be this one:

http://www.realestateview.com.au/Real-Estate/Property-Details-buy-residential-2109017_S.html

but I still have my doubts that this should be it. It looks too plain. Unfortunately, nothing else came up which could fit all clues.

What do you think?

here it is

http://www.realestateview.com.au/Real-Estate/Property-Details-buy-residential-2082221_S.html
cellar, home theatre and says that shops and stuff are near by although the 'total privacy' doesn't seem to fit

I saw this one as well... but dismissed it. It did not seem 'luxurious' enough

See Clue 1: I love to snuggle up with Mrs. Claus and my little elves with buckets of popcorn in front of an entertaining movie. I need a luxurious home-theatre separate from the entertaining area.

Clue 6: I am quite busy over the December period – particularly during the weekends appearing at all types of shopping centers – so I really need a property that I can go to the auction on a weeknight – (Thursdays are my day off so this is best for me).

Clue 7: Gee its really starting to warm up in Australia so I just can’t buy a place without a pool. I am told salt-water pools are good for the complexion which is good because I have to look my best at Christmas time.

It has got to be this one:

http://www.realestateview.com.au/Real-Estate/Property-Details-buy-residential-2109017_S.html

I came across it myself but see that helga22 has found it as well (I don't think it's plain at all!) - I think it ticks all the boxes:

Total privacy
"North" suburb
Melbourne
Cellar
Home Theatre
Saltwater Pool
Auction is on a Thursday

It is "plain" if you compare it to the other properties Santa was interested in before. Very Happy

That is what I meant:

"A minimalist masterpiece"

minimalist = belonging or relating to a style in art, design and theatre that uses the smallest range of materials and colours possible, and only very simple shapes or forms
