How would you like to win the chance for an exclusive voice acting role in a new Paramount movie? TODAY and Paramount Pictures is giving you the opportunity to win the chance for a voice-part in the forthcoming film, Rango.

Rango, starring Johnny Depp and directed by Gore Verbinski, is an animated story of a chameleon with an identity crisis. Through many misadventures Rango is forced to confront his identity issues and must learn the meaning of friendship. He must complete his quest, and uncover the conspiracy behind the town's missing water.

The winner will receive two flights to Sydney, two nights' accommodation in a luxury Sydney hotel, airport and hotel transfers and finally your opportunity to record your voice as a part of the forthcoming film, Rango.

Rango, only at the movies from March 10, 2011.

Game of Skill. Residents of all states and territories are eligible to enter. Entrants must be 12 years of age or older and available to travel n January 2011. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of their parent or guardian before entering. Competition closes Friday, November 19, 2010, at 4pm.

Terms and Conditions:

1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions. Entry into this promotion
is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2) The promotion is open to all residents of Australia who are 12 years and over and available to
redeem the prize during January 2011 (to coincide with the recording). Employees of the
Promoter and their immediate families and all companies and agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter.

3) Entry is via;

Entrants must also supply their full name, age, address and daytime contact number send
your completed entry via email to todaycompetitions@nine.com.au.
AND the entry must not be, without limitation:
a) late;
b) delayed;
c) incomplete;
d) incomprehensible;
e) unlawful;
f) obscene;
g) defamatory;
h) discriminatory;
i) libellous;
j) threatening;
k) pornographic;
l) harassing;
m) hateful;
n) racially or ethnically offensive;
o) capable of encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
p) capable of violating any law;
q) capable of giving rise to civil liability.

5) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at anytime during or after the
promotional period, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of the utilisation of techniques
designed to avoid the payment of postage costs) or who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6) The Promoter’s decisions in relation to all aspects of this promotion are final and binding on
all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.

THE PROMOTION PERIOD

7) The total promotional period commences on 15 November 2010 at 5.30 AEDST and final
entries close 19 November 2010 at 16.00 AEDST (the Promotional Period).

Cool All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and NOT at the
time of transmission by the entrant.

9) The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost or misdirected entries, or entries
not received by the Promoter for any reason whatsoever. Entrants should not send in original
copies of their entries. No responsibility will be taken by the promoter in the event that the
original entry is lost or damaged in editing.

10) Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: each entry must be submitted
separately and in accordance with entry requirements and must be substantially unique

11) All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted for judging.
Judging will take place at the Promoters premises and will begin on Monday 22
November 2010. Judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
The best entry will be deemed the major winner and will receive the major prize. The
winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using contact details provided in their
entry.

12) Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary, creative merit and suitability of the
promotion. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and
binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

USE OF ENTRIES

13) The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of
the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the
information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the
Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the
entry for the purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter
against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in
this condition.

14) The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any
purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other
compensation to the entrant. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch,
add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.

15) Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem
inappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.

16) This promotion is being conducted for entertainment purposes only. The Promoter at no time
guarantees that the voice recording will or wont be used in the Theatrical and/or DVD release
of “RANGO”. Determination of the use of the voice recording will be at the Promoter and
Paramount Pictures International’s complete discretion.

17) The Promoter and Paramount Pictures is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or
damage suffered in the event that the winners voice recording is not included in the final
release of the film for any reason whatsoever

18) The major prize winner will receive the Major prize valued at $3132.00. This prize consists of
* 2 x Return Economy flights from the winners nearest capital city to Sydney ( valued up to
$1732 (depending on point of departure)),
* Two (2) night’s accommodation in a standard room twin share in a luxury hotel valued at
$800
* Return Airport/hotel transfers in Sydney for two (2) people valued at up to $200
* Return transfer’s to and from the hotel to Channel 9 studios for the voice recording (valued
at up to $150)
* $500 spending money awarded in the form of a cheque made in favour of the winner
* A voice part in Rango – The winner will have the opportunity to record a single voiceover
line. This line will be selected by Paramount Pictures International in its complete discretion.
The line will be for a character in “Rango” as nominated by Paramount Pictures International
The Promoter and/or Paramount Pictures International reserves the right (without limitation)
to edit, crop, amend, the voice recording as provided by the winner, Creative control in the
use of the voice recording remains with the Promoter and Paramount Pictures International
at all times.
The total prize pool for the promotion is valued at up to $3132.00 Prize does not include any
ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the
winner. In the event the winner is a resident of Sydney, the flight component of the prize will
not be included.

19) Redemption of prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and
service providers.

20) All prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service
providers. All prizes must be redeemed in full to coincide with the scheduled voice recording.
Date will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion and is currently scheduled
to take place in January 2011 . In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner is
unable or unwilling to redeem their prize on the nominated date, then the winner will forfeit
their prize and cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the prize..

21) The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event
that the voiceover recording is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason
whatsoever.

22) The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event
that the release of the movie ‘RANGO’ is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled for any reason
whatsoever.

23) If the winner is under the age of 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by their
Parent and or legal guardian. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and or
the winners parent/ legal guardian sign any legal documentation (including but not limited to a
legal release) provided to them by the Promoter and/or Paramount Pictures International.
Form of legal documentation will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion.

24) Any costs associated with returning to your place of residence are at your own expense.

25) It is a condition of the prize that the winner and any traveling companions must comply with
all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.

26) The winner (and their companion) are responsible for all other expenses including spending
money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges,
activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges,
passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly
recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen
circumstances.

27) A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the winner at check-in in order to
stay in accommodation, for all incidental charges.

28) Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses (including travel to
and from the departure point) become the responsibility of the winner.

29) The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be taken for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the
prize.

30) Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in
conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winner is advised
that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent
financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is
awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that
portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher /
ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that
has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize
subject to the standard terms and conditions and guidelines of the accommodation venue
and the activity service provider. Failure to follow the standard rules and guidelines presented
will result in the winner forfeiting their right to participate in the said activity.

31) All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize
package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute
or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).

32) If winner is unable to fulfill prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package with no
compensation or further liability of the promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

33) If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves
the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State
Regulation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

34) The Promoter reserves the right to ask a prize winner to provide proof of identity and proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

35) Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they
should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

36) No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated and
awarded. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element thereof for a
prize or similar element of comparable value.

37) The Promoter reserves the right to ask any prize winner to sign a release as a condition of
accepting their prize.

38) If a prize winner is disqualified in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Promoter
reserves the right to award the prize to another entry from the same episode as determined
by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.

39) If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the
control of the Promoter, the Promoter may take any action available, including to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any direction given under the relevant
Lottery and Gaming Regulation and state/territory permit regulation.

40) All prizes must be taken as offered. The prizes are valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

41) The Promoter and their respective agencies and companies associated with this
promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including
without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this promotion
or the awarding or taking of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law. By entering this promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility
for their decision to participate in the promotion and in taking of any prize.

42) The Promoter and their respective agencies and companies associated with this promotion
take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.

43) To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable to you in respect of any
claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential,
indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by you as
a result of or in connection with the Promoter’s Promotion.

44) The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the Promoter has not
been able to contact the winner within 3 months of the determination date, or for any reason
a prize remains unclaimed for 3 months after the determination date, the relevant winner’s
entry will be deemed invalid and the next best and most popular valid entry as determined by
the judges will be deemed an “Unclaimed Prize Winner”. The Unclaimed Prize Winner will be
contacted by telephone and in writing.

45) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner agrees to be interviewed, photographed
and/or filmed at any time during the acceptance of the prize by the Promoter or their agents.
There is no obligation upon the Promoter or to use such images or footage but if the
Promoter elects to do so, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness,
image and/or voice in any media for the purpose of promoting this competition, (including any
outcome), the Promoter itself, for an unlimited period of time without remuneration.

46) Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each
entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest in and to their entry to the
Promoter. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that (a) each photograph/ clip/ material /
entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of
any third party, (b) if entering a clip/ photograph/ entry which includes an individual who is not
the entrant, the entrant has obtained permission from the individuals appearing in the clip
(including if the individual is a child – the child’s parent or legal guardian. The entrant agrees
to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach
of the warranty set out in this condition. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop,
retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry and to use any of the entries
submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including for any future promotion, marketing and
publicity purposes.

47) The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By
entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter
may use this information, including the entry itself, in any media for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other
compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’
personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and
winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to
access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address
set out below.

48) It is a condition of redeeming the prize that the winner assigns all of their rights, title
and interest in and to their entry and voice recording component of the prize
redemption (including but not limited to all aspects of the voice recording) to the
Promoter and Paramount Pictures International. The Promoter and/or Paramount
Pictures International is entitled to use any of the work (including but not limited to
voice recording) submitted and/or recorded by the winner for any purposes
whatsoever and in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes and/or for inclusion in the Rango film. Use of any material submitted is at
the complete discretion of the Promoter.

49) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner warrants to the Promoter that
they understand that any arrangement entered into in relation to the redemption of
this prize does not create a relationship between the winner and the Promoter of
employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership or joint venture.
