1.The Promoter is Wotif.com Pty Ltd ABN 81 092 257 504, 13 Railway Terrace, Milton Qld 4064 (Promoter). The permit numbers for this promotion are NSW permit no. LTPS/10/11163 issued on 11/11/2010 and ACT permit no. TP 10/05084.1 issued on 11/11/2010.

2.Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

4.The promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

5.The promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 15 November 2010 and closes at 12.01pm AEST on 28 November 2010.

6.There is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant.

7.To enter the prize draw, participants must visit the promotion website at http://1-day.wotifcompetition.com/, enter their details: name, email address, country, region/state and sign up to the Wotif.com and 1-day newsletters.

8.Participants will also be given the opportunity to forward the promotion to their own contacts. Each forward to a friend completed via the promotion website will provide the entrant with one extra entry into prize draw.

9.All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 3.00pm AEST on 2 December 2010 at 13 Railway Terrace, Milton Qld 4064. The first valid entry drawn will win a $1,000 Wotif.com accommodation voucher and a $1,000 1-day gift voucher (Prize Voucher).  The Prize Voucher can be redeemed in either AU$ or the NZ$ equivalent.

10.An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 3.00pm AEST on 2 March 2011 at 13 Railway Terrace, Milton Qld 4064, should any winner of the main draw be uncontactable.

11.The Prize Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and bookings made with the Prize Voucher are subject to availability at the time of booking.

12.The Prize Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.

13.All Wotif.com Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Prize Voucher.

14.All 1-day Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Prize Voucher.

15.The maximum total value of the prize pool is $2,000.

16.The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 days of the draw. The winner’s details will also be published at www.wotif.com for a period of three months.

17.The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

18.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.

19.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
