To enter simply submit your online registration and in 25 words or less, tell us what advertising campaign or company just keeps getting it wrong! And why?
3. The competition commences on Monday 6 September 2010 and
concludes on Friday 31 December 2010 at 4.00pm (AEST). The judging will take place at Suite 509, 19A Boundary Street, Rushcutters Bay on Friday 31 December 2010 at 5.00pm (AEST).
4. Prize value is $629. This prize value is correct at time of printing and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
5. The prize, and any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as Cash.
6. The winner will be contacted by Edentify via telephone and e-mail on Friday 31 December 2010.
7. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
