HOW TO ENTERTo enter, individuals must visit

(i) Their preferred option from the items listed, in each of the following categories: „ultimate holiday location?, „getting around?, „dining experience? and „activities/entertainment?;
(ii) The full name and valid email address of friend(s)/family member(s) (non-mandatory); and
(iii) If they are an Escape Club member they must enter a valid Escape Club membership number (last 6 digits), valid email address and day time contact telephone number, or if they are not they must submit the same information excluding valid membership number and will be invited to become a member either during the competition period or afterwards.
Entrants will be able to receive one (1) bonus entry for every friend/family member they refer to the „Constellation Hotels Dream Holiday? Promotion (by providing the referred friend/family member?s name and email address as prompted during the entry process), subject to the following: (a) each referred person can only be referred once; (b) a friend and/or family member who is already registered to participate in this promotion cannot be referred; and (c) only valid email addresses will qualify.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

9. Winner will be notified by mail and the winner?s name will be published on the Constellation Hotel website from 01/03/11, and in The Australian on 16/03/11.
10. The Promoter?s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first valid and correct entry drawn will win a holiday trip for four (4) people valued at up to $4,000 depending on date accommodation is taken.
The prize includes five (5) nights quad share accommodation for four (4) people at one (1) of the following venues, as selected by the winner at the
time of entry: (i) Diamont Hotel or Pensione Hotel, Sydney Centre (NSW); (ii) Chifley Wollongong, Wollongong (NSW); (iii) Chifley Pacific International

In addition the winner will receive:
‘Getting Around’ Options
(a) One (1) of the following transportation options: (i) Limo/Hummer return airport transfer; (ii) 1 day convertible care hire; (iii) 1 day 4WD car hire;
or (iv) 3 day hatch back or similar car hire as selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion;
‘Dining Experience’ Options
(b) One (1) of the following dining experiences up to the value of $600: (i) „Fine dining? at a venue selected by the Promoter; (ii) „Seafood Indulgence? at a venue selected by the Promoter; „Meat Lovers Heaven? at a venue selected by the Promoter; or a „Gourmet Picnic Hamper? as selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The exact contents of the „Gourmet Picnic Hamper? will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion; and

The winner is not permitted to alter their holiday location/accommodation selection from what has been nominated at the time of entry.
The option selected from the „getting around?, „dining experience? and „activities/entertainment? category will be determined by the Promoter in consultation with the winner. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the exact option(s) to be taken by the winner.
12. Winner and his/her companions are responsible for all flights and travel arrangements (unless indicated otherwise) to the accommodation venue location.
13. Spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, flights, transport (where not included), additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken between 01/03/11 – 01/03/12 and is subject to booking availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian or New Zealand school holidays, public holidays or peak periods.
14. The winner and his/her companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
15. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary.
16. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
17. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
18. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason a winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
20. Car hire prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance is not included. The driver must have a current valid driver?s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and be aged 25 years or over. Winner is responsible for insurance and any damage they may cause to the hire car. If the winner is under the age of 25 they will receive the Limo/Hummer return Airport transfer as their „getting around? option.
21. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
22. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. Total prize pool value is up to $4,000.
24. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
25. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 01/07/11 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner?s name will be published in The Australian on 22/07/11.
26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
