TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

This promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion and the immediate families of these persons are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

7. All valid entries will go into the draw which will take place on 21st December 2010 at 4.00pm AEDST at Promoter’s premises, 54 Park St, Sydney NSW 2000. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing. The winner’s name will be published in the public notices section on 30 December 2010.
8. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
9. Multiple competition entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per completed survey; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.

The first valid entry drawn will be determined the winner and will receive $5,000 awarded in the form of a cheque made in favour of the winner. 11.
Total prize pool is valued at $5,000. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
12. The Promoter may contact an entrant at any time after receiving an entry, including without limitation, during or after the Promotional Period or after the prize draw, for the purpose of determining whether the entrant meets the eligibility requirements.
13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws, if the prize remains unclaimed and still valid, at the same time and place as the original draw as are necessary at 11am AEDST on the 22 March 2011 in order to distribute any prizes which remain unclaimed by that date subject to all relevant state and territory authorities and any written directions given. Winners will be contacted by telephone and in writing. The winner’s name will be published in the public notices section of the Australian on31 March 2011
14. Prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize values are given by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and date the prizes are claimed.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or that element of the prize.
16. All prizes must be taken as offered. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes are valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
17. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
18. The Promoter and Johnson & Johnson Pacific Pty Ltd (JJP) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter and JJP assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
19. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrants responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website will be deemed invalid.
20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to cease the promotion with fair notification to the entrants. The form of such notification is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and JJP (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) redemption of the prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Statement located within the contents page of all ACP Magazine Titles.
23. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Entrants’ personal information may also be disclosed to Johnson & Johnson Pacific for marketing purposes and to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out below.
24. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoters’ other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in, including emails from Johnson & Johnson Pacific to promote, market and publicise Johnson & Johnson products.
