Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Mix 101.1 –Double T Radio Pty Ltd ABN 61 003 181 244 of Level 2, 21-31Goodwood Street, Richmond 3121.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Any general competition rules or terms and conditions of any of the Radio Stations do not apply to the Promotion.
2. Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.
3. Entry is open to residents of Victoria only. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
4. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. Any person who has won one or more prizes with a total value of more than $1000 from the Promoter, or any radio station owned by the Promoter (including any of the Radio Stations), in any promotion within 30 days of the commencement date of this Promotion is ineligible to enter.
5. If the Promoter becomes aware that an entry is invalid after the Prize Draw, it reserves the right to require the winner to return the Prize or pay the equivalent value to the Promoter.
6. The Promotion commences 6:00AM AEDST Monday 29th November 2010 and concludes 12 noon AEDST Friday 10th December 2010 (“Promotional Period”).
7. To enter listen to the nominated Radio Station during the promotional period. Listeners will be invited to register online at
www.mix1011.com.auto register themselves and their partner to go in to the main prize draw to win 1 x Global Ballooning voucher entitling the winners workplace to a Hot Air Balloon experience, champagne breakfast and Christmas Hamper. During the week Monday 6th December 2010 to Thursday 9th December 2010 one minor prize winner will be drawn daily and awarded a Christmas Hamper for their office. On Friday 10th December 2010 the major prize winner will be drawn at 12 noon AESDT. The winning workplaces details will be announced live on air at approx 2.55pm on Friday 10th December 2010.
8. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant, including any entrant who tampers with the entry process or uses techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or to submit multiple entries. 10.The Major prize is as follows
* 1 x voucher for 6-10 people to go hot air ballooning with Global Ballooning including a champagne breakfast.
* 1 x Gourmet Hamper.
The Minor Prizes are as follows
* 5 x Gourmet Hampers
* Entrants agree to the use of their image, name, suburb of residence, voice and likeness for publicity regarding the Promotion and acknowledge that it is a condition of taking the prize that all persons taking the trip agree to publicity regarding the Promotion including the use of their images, names, suburbs of residence, voices and likenesses without additional compensation.
* The total prize pool is valued at a minimum of $1890
* Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
* The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
* The Promoter takes no responsibility for the prizes becoming lost or stolen after it has been collected by and released to the entrant.
* A winner may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in favour of the Promoter in respect of a prize, in the form determined by the Promoter.
* All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at the websites of the Radio Stations.
* The Promoter may refuse to allow a winner (and companions) to take part in any or all aspects of a prize if the Promoter determines that the winner or companions are not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate.
* All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
* Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and winners should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery of their prize.
* If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
