1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these conditions of entry.

 2. Entry is open to all subscribers to Australian Traveller between 24 November 2010 and 2 February 2011. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies are not eligible.

 3. The promotion commences 12:01am on 24 November 2010 and closes at 11:59pm on 2 February 2011 ("Promotional Period"). The winner will be announced in the April/May 2011 issue of Australian Traveller. Entry to this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

4. To be eligible for the Orion Expedition Cruise, the subscriber must purchase and pay for a 6 or 12 issue subscription at the stated price.
 All subscriptions must be received during the Promotional Period.

 5. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible subscriptions will be deemed invalid. Unpaid subscriptions will also be deemed invalid until payment is received.

 6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be taken in one period without breaks or multiple stays. All bookings must be made directly with the property and as per the instructions when the prize is delivered.

 7. The prize is subject to availability and the promoter's decision in relation to winners and prize redemption is final.

 8.
