By simply creating your Christmas wish list, you can go in to the draw to win what you’ve wished for!*

Each week we will randomly select one lucky entrant who will win a $250 Carillon City voucher to make their wish come true. And, if you’re a City Shopper member at the time of the draw, your prize will double to $500! How easy is that!

Terms & Conditions for ‘Win Your Christmas Wish List’  giveaway

   1. This promotion is organised by Hawaiian Investments Pty Ltd ABN: 48 786 157 513 (‘Carillon City’) Ground Floor, 235 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
   2. To be entered into the draw, you must log on to carilloncity.com.au, create a Christmas wish list and complete the registration form from 12.01am Monday 29 November until 11.59pm Friday 24 December 2010.
   3. Employees and their immediate families of Carillon City and the agencies associated with this promotion, Carillon City retailers and their employees and immediate families are ineligible.
   4. The weekly winner will be selected at random at Carillon City Centre Management office at 9am on Monday 6, Monday 13, Monday 20 and Wednesday 29 December 2010. The winner will be notified by email.
   5. The promotion consists of four (4) draws (one each week) with the first valid entry to win. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   6. The prize is for a $250 Carillon City voucher with the chance for the winner to double that amount to $500 if they are signed up as a City Shopper member by the draw date for the week they have won.
      a) Week one – Monday 29 November – Sunday 05 December
      b) Week two – Monday 06 December – Sunday 12 December
      c) Week three – Monday 13 December – Sunday 19 December
      d) Week four – Monday 20 December – Friday 24 December.

   7. The total prize pool is $2000. Vouchers must be collected and redeemed by June 30 2011. Carillon City takes no responsibility for the availability of either party for redemption of the prize during this time.
   8.  Carillon City shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
   9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding that may arise in the application of these terms and conditions, as is permitted by law.
  11. Participation in the competition constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
