ITEM 13: UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW DATE AND PUBLICATION DATE
Should the promoter not be able to contact the winner by 10am on the 10th January, 2011 then an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same venue at 11am on 10th January, 2011.
The winner of the unclaimed prize will be contacted by mail/phone/email that day.

If the winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on the nominated date, or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the winner at check-in in order to board the ship, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
