Dan Sultan and his collaborator Scott Wilson (pictured) recently took home the ARIA Award for Best Blues & Roots Album for Get Out While You Can, with Sultan also winning Male Artist Of The Year.

Indigenous music legend, Kev Carmody described Dan Sultan as exactly how he would have performed in the 60's. By also winning two 2010 Deadly Awards (Best Male Artist, Best Single) and two 2010 AIR Awards (Best Independent Artist and Best Independent Blues & Roots Album) Dan Sultan became the second indigenous performer to take out this award trifecta (Deadly, AIR & ARIA).
