1. The “Discover Moscow” Promotion runs from 01/12/2010 to 31/01/2011, inclusive. Back orders will be accepted and included if placed within the Promotion
period. All promotions are exclusive, cannot be combined with other promotions and products purchased as bundles cannot be unbundled for purchase or return.
Normal trading terms apply. Errors and omissions are excluded. Images are representative only and actual products may differ. All trademarks, brands and
product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Resellers must have an account with Altech Computers.
3. The Promotion is not a Lottery, it is based on purchases.
4. Participating vendors: AMD, Corsair, HIS, Thecus, Logitech, with all Altech supplied products from these vendors included in this promotion.
5. Promotion Period: 01/12/2010 – 31/01/2011.
6. The promotion rewards your purchasing volume of participating vendor’s products during the Promotion Period and is based on a cumulative points system.
7. You will be allocated a “Qualifying Run Rate” (QRR) for each participating vendor that is based on your ordering activities over the past 11 months of 2010 and the
anticipated sales volumes during the promotion period.
8. A minimum QRR threshold will be allocated to each vendor relative to that vendors overall sales volume, as follows;
a. AMD - 1000 Points
b. Corsair - 2000 Points
c. Logitech - 5000 Points
d. HIS - 2000 Points
e. Thecus - 2000 points
9. Points will be allocated as follows for purchases invoiced by Altech during the Promotion Period;
a. AMD, Corsair & Logitech - 1 Point for each Dollar Ex.GST invoiced
b. HIS - 100 Points for each Unit invoiced
c. Thecus - Points will be allocated according to the following product groups
i. 1000 Points for each Unit of Enterprise NAS invoiced
ii. 500 Points for each Unit of SMB NAS invoiced
iii. 250 Points for each Unit of SOHO NAS invoiced
iv. 100 Points for each Unit of Other NAS invoiced
v. 10 Points for each Unit of Thecus Accessories invoiced
10. Additional bonus points will be offered with special sub-promotions run during the promotion period.
11. The prize winning Resellers will be those that have the highest achievement of accumulated points against the QRR defined above.
12. Winning Resellers will be announced after the conclusion of the promotion upon auditing and cross-checking of the results.
Trips to Moscow terms and conditions:
1. Each of the 7 winning Resellers will be offered the opportunity to take part in the trip to Moscow which is inclusive of:
a. 1 return economy class air ticket to Moscow, Russia. Flights are from Sydney to Moscow. Domestic flights to and from Sydney are not included.
b. Up to 5 nights accommodation in selected 4 to 5 star hotels in Moscow metro area. Hotels will be selected by Altech Computers.
c. Meals: breakfasts (unless included with accommodation), lunches and dinners at venues selected by Altech Computers.
d. Daily entertainment programme. Subject to availability of tickets and bookings.
2. All other ancillary costs including spending money, taxes, insurance, passports, Visas, vaccinations, additional transfers, excess baggage charges, items of a
personal nature, in-room charges and any other ancillary costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winning Reseller.
3. The trip to Moscow, Russia will take place in March 2011. The exact days of the trip will be advised in February 2011. If the winning Reseller is unable to
attend on the scheduled dates in March, the trip cannot be postponed. However the trip can be transferred to another staff member within the winning resellers
company.
4. The Prizes, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not exchangeable, cannot be taken as cash and must not be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or
promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with
that third party.
5. Altech Computers is neither responsible nor liable for any change in prize value of the prizes occurring between the date of publishing results of competition
materials and the date the prizes are claimed.
