2.Name of the Competition:
WIN 1 of 20 Holidays valued at $ 2,500 each (Hereinafter referred to as the competition)
3.Time frame and place of the Competition
The competition pre launch will comence on the 13th of December 2010 with the following guidelines
a.The competition will run for 6 weeks (42 Days) from the official launch date of the website
http://www.dupon.com.au/ (the date refered to is when you are able to purchase vouchers from the webpage)
b.The Competition will be held in Sydney and phase 1 winners will be notified via email 14 days prior the competition date and will be notified of a time and place phase 2 of the competition will be held.
4.Participation in the competition
a.Only Australian permanent residents older than 18 years old (hereinafter refered to as “participant”) can register in the competition.
b.During the competition, the participant will obtain entries to the competition (All entries are non transferable) the following ways:
■Register to receive our Dupon Australia daily newsletter via email (1 entry)
■Refer a friend, after registering you may refer a friend to the competiton by filling in the refer a friend form and for each person you refer and they choose to register you will receive 1 extra entry in to the competition (refered people must meet entry conditions)

c.If selected into phase 2 of the competition and if you or a person selected by you (Refer section 5) cannot or do not attend you forfeit all rights to claim any prizes or constilation prizes.
d.Any person not meeting the entry terms will automaticly be removed from the competition, however for what ever reason if a winner is found not to have met the above terms for entry they will not be eleigable to win any prizes
e.The organizer is entitled to monitor that all conditions to participate have been followed including requesting of photo identification, and in the case of a dispute the decision will be totally up to the organizer, The organizer is furthermore entitled to exclude any participant who breaches the rules of the competition, law or good manners. An excluded participant is not entitled to receive any reward.
5.Course and principle of the competition
a.The Phase 2 final for the 20 Randomly selected Participants is based on the skill principle. The 20 finalists will receive the detailed information and principles of the final part of the competition at the Venue selected by the Organizer. The fundamental factor of the phase 2 final is based on a demonstration of physical ability,which involves throwing a Ball.
b.If the participant is unable to attend a relative or any person able to do so can Substitute on behalf of the Participant based on a written authorization accompanied by photo Identification (hereinafter only the “substitute”). Should the substitute be successful, the prize would be Given directly to the original Participant. Should the Participant not be personally present,

a.Major prize: a voucher in the value of $2,500 AUD for the use at Virgin Holidays

a.The organizer is not responsible for the fulfillment by any third parties. The conditions of delivery and gaurantee of goods acquired in the framework of the competition are governed by conditions of their suppliers they will also deal with any issues that arise.
b.By participating in the competition, the participant must agree to follow the competition rules and regulations.
c.All prizes won in the competition cannot be redeamed for cash.
d.The organizer reserves the right to make a final decision regarding the competition performance. The organizer is not responsible for presentation of incorrect or inaccurate information in relation to the competition (whether caused by a human factor or technical defect), for any problems or defects originated during the competition and other insufficiencies originated in relation to the competition.
e.The organizer is entitled, without compensation, to change or modify the rules of the competition or to suspend, withdraw, terminate or change/add the rules. A short version of the rules can be stated on promotional materials in relation to the competition; however, these complete rules are deemed the only complete rules in the framework of the competition. The decision of the organizer regarding objections should be striclty followed. All of the personal data acquired after the date of the competition termination will not be retained for longer than is required for purposes for which the information may lawfully be used.
f.By participating in the competition, the participant or participants should express their approval: “I agree with the dispensation of my personal data acquired by the administrator in the course of this competition to the following extent: name, surname, address. I agree with the dispensation of my personal data including e-mail. I give my consent voluntarily, for the period until withdrawal of such consent. I declare that the information provided is truthful and that I was informed of the right to access my personal data, modify, block and add to it and at any time, free of charge, for termination of my personal data’s processing and its disposal at the address info@dupon.com.au”
