T&Cs - Competitions3.1 The competitions are organised and promoted by Incos Limited.
3.2 Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3.3 If you are under the age of 16 you must have permission from a parent or guardian before entering.
3.4 You must be resident of Australia or New Zealand. Overseas players are not eligible. You may be asked to provide the Company with supporting documentation in order to substantiate this (i.e. birth certificate and/or valid passport).
3.5 Entry to the competition and acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission to use the winners' names for promotional purposes without additional consultation.
3.6 The competition is not open to employees of Incos Limited or their subsidiaries and their direct family members.
3.7 Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred although Incos Limited reserve the right to change the prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances to the same value or higher.
3.8 There will be no cash alternative.
3.9 Incos Limited or its distributors does not accept any responsibility for late or lost, eligible or incomplete entries
3.10 The decision of Incos Limited is final in every situation, included any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
