One night earlier this year, I was dog tired, just got home after another crazy day and flipped on the TV.
and I just caught this story
In the space of 5 minutes, I stopped feeling sorry for myself and realised how ridiculously lucky I am to
grow up in Australia and automatically, as a girl, receive an education
support myself and my son through my own business
not be financially dependent on a bloke, and be safe, happy and secure
In the lead up to Christmas, for 12 days we are giving away lots of holidays, massages and other fab prizes.
But the giveaway we are doing today is my absolute favourite, and is very different to all our others.
Childrens Hope in Action
Today Saturday December 18th, Ripple is giving a free one hour massage voucher (valued at $110) to everyone, yes everyone, who donates $95 to one of two charities run by some amazing Australian women.
This is unlimited, so you can donate as much as you like and you will receive a one hour voucher for every $95 you donate.
My accountant almost had a heart attack when I told her about this one and suggested I put a cap on it.
But I like to keep things simple, so no cap, this is unlimited for today only.
How does it work?
Simple. You can either donate $95 (or more) to CHIA which will go towards the education of a girl in Hoi An in Vietnam for a year.....
Or you can donate $95 (or more) to Mahboba's promise, another formidable Australian woman who supports widows and orphans in Afghanistan.
Email me your receipt to
alison@ripplemassage.com.au from either organisation along with your name and address and I'll post out to you a voucher for a one hour massage from Ripple.
