Hayden Wood’s GREEN FOOD generation
Sustainable, free-range, organic, biodynamic, local, ethical – and delicious!

Author Hayden Wood’s Australia-wide adventure to write this book took him from The Murray to Berry, Fleurieu Peninsula to Perth and Phillip Island.

This is not just a cookbook, but a collection of shared stories, thoughts, practical kitchen and gardening tips, as well as recipes that every (even remotely) green-conscious person should know. Featuring chefs, restauranteurs, caterers and food personalities including Alex Herbert (Bird, Cow, Fish) Stefano Manfredi (Bells at Killcare) David Campbell (Hungry Duck, Berry) Ben ‘Bender’ O’Donoghue (South Bank Surf Club), Stefano di Pieri (Stefano’s Cafe Bakery) and OzHarvest’s Ronnie Kahn.

GREEN FOOD generation showcases over 200 pages of conscientious consumers and creative cooks, who are as passionate about good food as they are about the planet. I love the recipes! And, more, I love the Q+A giving insight into each of the cooks! To top it all off, 10% of the sale of every book will be contributed to OzHarvest and their expanding food rescue program across Australia.

For your chance to win – 1 of 3 copies of GREEN FOOD generation – just:

1. Subscribe by email to Inside Cuisine and receive new posts by email. Enter your email address in the “Subscribe Now” box (on the right hand column of every page of InsideCuisine.com). Existing email subscribers are of course also eligible to enter.

2. Email insidecuisine@gmail.com (email subject Win GREEN FOOD generation) with your name and address, and the name of one of the featured cooks from the book. One entry per reader.

3. There are three cookbooks to give away. You can enter no matter where you live in the world. (you just need to subscribe to Inside Cuisine email updates then email your name and address and answer). Entries close 10pm Saturday 15th January 2011 (Australian daylight saving time). The winner will be announced on Sunday 16th January.

List of featured cooks for the answer can be found here http://www.sohimagazine.com.au/2010/12/06/green-food-generation-collaborates-with-hungry-duck-berry/
