Heartbreaker’s Competition
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition is free and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Consent of parent or guardian should be obtained where a minor may be a participant in the competition.
4. The promotion commences at 12.00am AEST on 15th December 2010 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 23rd December 2010 (Promotion Period).
5. To enter the draw, participants must visit
http://au.franceguide.com and complete the entry form. By entering the competition entrants are also subscribing to the newsletter and promotion database of the FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU and its partners. This means that they may email you a newsletter and may contact you in the future by electronic media in accordance with the disclosure statement at paragraph 15 at the end of these terms and conditions.
There is a limit of one entry per person. A draw will take place the 27th December 2010, at 2pm AEST at FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU, Level 13, 25 Bligh St, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will be notified by email. Winner's names of the promotion will be published on
http://au.franceguide.com on the 29th December 2010 and remain posted there for a calendar month.
6. The first one hundred (100) eligible entries drawn from the entries received will win a double-voucher entitling them to two cinema tickets to watch the movie Heartbreaker, which will be posted to them to the Australian address provided by the prize winners.
Terms & conditions are:
“Valid from January 13th 2011 until the end of the film's theatrical season. (Excludes public holidays and discount days.)
The tickets are valid in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and the Gold Coast. The cinema locations are listed on the tickets.
Mondays to Fridays ONLY (Excludes public holidays and cinema discount days)
Participating cinemas:
Sydney: Palace Verona, Palace Norton Street and Hoyts cinemas Paris cinemas
Melbourne: Palace Como, Palace Brighton Bay and Kino Cinemas
Canberra: Dendy Canberra Cinemas
Brisbane/Gold Coast: Palace Centro, Regal Graceville and Gold Coast Arts Centre Cinemas.
Adelaide: Palace Nova Eastend cinemas
Perth: Cinema Paradiso and Windsor cinemas.Valid even with "no free tickets" listing. This ticket must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, for sale, transferable or redeemable for cash. Subject to seat availability. This ticket does not guarantee admission. Check local newspapers or cinema websites for session times. Discount days vary between cinemas, please check beforehand to avoid disappointment.”
7. Non Participating Cinema: Not valid at Village Gold class Cinema locations. Not valid at Dendy Premium Cinemas. Not valid at Hoyts La Premiere, Directors Suite, Bean Bag Cinema, Xtremescreen and Imax.
8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and emails for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the Internet or telecommunications services.
11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
12. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
13. FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU will retain the prizes until the winner claims them. In the event that the prizes are unclaimed one (1) week after the draw, the FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU will conduct a further draw on the 06th January 2011 for the disposal of unclaimed prizes.
14. Spending money transport to and from venues and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the prize winners and their guest.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW Australia.
