Terms and conditions - Win an Apple iPad
1. Synergy’s (ABN 71 743 446 839) decision is final.
2. To be eligible for the competition you must be at least 18 years of age and a named Synergy residential account holder.
3. Employees, relatives and agents of Synergy are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition for the ‘Win an Apple iPad’ commences on 15/12/10 and closes midnight 28/02/2011.
5. The winner of the ‘Win an Apple iPad’ will be drawn at 12pm on the 01/03/2010 at Synergy, Head Office, 228 Adelaide Terrace Perth. The ‘Win an Apple iPad’ competition will be drawn by random electronic selection.
6. The winner will be notified by mail and/or telephone and the winner’s name and suburb will be published on the Synergy website.
7. The prize must be claimed and delivered within six months of the draw date.
8. Prize must be taken ‘as offered’ and cannot be varied or extended or exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
9. If the stated prize is unavailable for any reason, Synergy reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equivalent value.
10. Any additional products or services not included in the prize will need to be arranged and paid for by the winner.
11. The competition winner consents to Synergy using his or her name, suburb and photograph for publicity purposes.
12. The prize of the ‘Win an Apple iPad’ competition is valued at $629 (including GST) and comprises of the following: 1 Apple 16GB iPad.

14. Entry to win the ‘Win an Apple iPad’ competition must be via the Synergy website at synergy.net.au/win or via post, Synergy, Win an iPad competition, GPO BOX K795, Perth WA 6842.
15. Customers entering by post must include the answers to the three questions, plus their name, address and phone number. Customer entering via the Synergy website must provide the answers to the three questions, their name, Synergy bill account number, address and phone number in the fields provided.
16. The winner accepts all risks associated with the acceptance and use of the prize and Synergy is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this promotion and/ or the prizes.
17. Any queries or complaints regarding the operators of goods/service must be directed to the proprietor and not Synergy.
