   1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry.
   2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015.
   3. The competition commences 20th December 2010 and ends 31st January 2011 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 14th February 2011 at 4pm.
   4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “Tomorrow When The War Began”.  Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry.
   5. To enter customers must rent or buy “Tomorrow When The War Began” during the promotion period (20th December 2010 and ends 31st January 2011) at Civic Video Pty Ltd., complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au.
   6. The first valid entry drawn will win a family adventure trip to the blue mountains NSW (2 adults + 2 kids) including flights/transfers, 5 days camping accommodation, adventure activities such as helicopter ride, 4-wheel driving, abseiling,rock climbing, mountain biking plus Tomorrow When The War Began on DVD.
   7. Travel conditions: All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel is valid until14th February, 2012. Block out period includes 20th December 2011 till 27th January 2012 and the 2011 Easter holiday period. All travel is subject to availability. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Paramount Pictures or their agents at least 60 days prior to travel. All travel must be booked within 90 days of the prize draw date. All passengers must travel together on the same flights and stay at the same properties in each destination. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by the travel agencies of Paramount Pictures and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is no refundable or transferable. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner is responsible for any amendments Fees once the booking is confirmed, changes will incur a fee of $150 per person, including GST plus supplier charges. Additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organize transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Winner will be required to sign a liability waiver form to accept the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any traveling companions) must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
   8. Total prize pool is valued at up to $10,000.
   9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize.
  10. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 28th February 2011.
  11. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on 30th May 2011 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 6th June 2011.
  12. Normal membership conditions apply.
  13. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.  Identification considered suitable for verification will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
