•Only one entry, per person, per calendar month is permitted.
NOTIFICATION
•Winners will be notified via email each month.
•Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE
•The first 50 valid entries received, each calendar month, will each win one pack of Ansell condoms, valued at AUD$7.50. Entries from one calendar month will not be carried over into the following calendar month.
•Prizes must be claimed within three months from the draw date. If a prize remains unallocated or unclaimed, the next valid entry will be chosen from the original database of entries, one week after the three-month period - at the same place as the original draw (subject to any written directions given under all State Regulations). In the event of a re-draw winner/s will be notified by email.
•Promoter accepts no responsibility for variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Total prize value is AUD$4,500 PA.

•Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
•The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
