The Sandalford Jackpot 2010 – 2011
How to Enter
To receive an entry into the draw, entrants must become a 'Sandalford Wineclub' member either by:
(a) visiting
www.sandalford.com/jackpot during the promotional period and following the prompts to the new member page and inputting the requested details; or
(b) by sending a SMS to 0429 805 790 with a valid email address. An automated email will then be sent to the entrant with a link that must be clicked through to confirm the entry.
Existing Sandalford Wineclub members may also enter by updating and confirming their member information details at

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. “Promotion Period” means the period commencing on 10/10/2010 and closing at 4pm AWST on 29/04/2011. “New Members” mean eligible entrants who became ‘Sandalford Wineclub’ members during the Promotional Period. “Existing Members” means eligible entrants who became ‘Sandalford Wineclub’ members before the Promotional Period.
4. New Members are eligible to receive entries in both the Jackpot Prize Draw and Prize Draw 1 and Prize Draw 2.
5. NEW MEMBERS – to receive an automatic entry, entrants who are not Existing Members, must visit
www.sandalford.com/jackpot during the Promotional Period and become a ‘Sandalford Wineclub’ member by following the prompts to the new member page and inputting the requested details. Upon completing the above process, New Members will receive one (1) entry into the current Prize Draw (1 or 2 according to when their registration is completed, if any remain open) and one (1) entry in the Jackpot Prize Draw.
6. EXISTING MEMBERS – Existing Members will receive one (1) entry into the current Prize Draw 1 or Prize Draw 2 (based on when their membership update is submitted, if either remain open) and one (1) entry into the Jackpot Prize Draw, by visiting
www.sandalford.com/jackpot during the promotional period and confirming their member information. Existing member will be advised of the competition by an email prompting them to update their information to enter.
7. Entrants must remain a ‘Sandalford Wineclub’ member, and not cancel their membership prior to the prize draw in order to qualify for Prize Draw 1, 2 or the Jackpot Prize draw.
8. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid – all entries must use a valid, unique email address.
10. Entries close at 11:59pm (AWST) for each draw on the dates and times specified in the table below. All draws will take place at Sandalford Wines, 3210 West Swan Road, Caversham WA 6055 at 4:00pm AWST on the dates and times specified in the table below. All times indicated are Perth Local Time. Winners will be notified by email and winners of prizes valued at over $100 will have their names published in The West Australian on the dates specified in the table below. Winners’ names will be published on the Sandalford website on 9/05/2011. Entries for the Prize Draw 1 will NOT be entered into the subsequent Prize Draw 2 but will be entered into the final Jackpot Prize Draw. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The first 2 valid entries in Prize Draw 1 and 2 will win a prize valued at AUD$500. The prize includes a double General Admission (GA) pass for any Sandalford Concert (valid to December 2011) and a case of Sandalford Margaret River Range Wine.
12. The first valid entry drawn in the Jackpot Prize Draw will win the ‘Sandalford Jackpot.’ The Jackpot prize includes: A Double VIP pass for any Sandalford Concert during the 2011/12 season (October 2011 to April 2012) and 12 x cases (6 bottles per case) of Sandalford Margaret River Range Wine (all twelve cases of wine to be delivered to the winner in June 2011). Total Jackpot prize valued at AUD$1990.
13. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming of the prizes (such as transport, accommodation or any additional costs) will be the sole responsibility of the prize-winner.
14. If for any reason a winner does not take the Jackpot Prize, Draw 1 or 2 Prize, at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
15. Total prize pool value is up to AUD$14880. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
