The promoter is (jointly and severally where applicable) Perth FM Radio Pty Ltd (ABN 22 077 569 110) trading as:
MIX 94.5 of 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008.
(the “Promoter”).
ITEM 4: WEBSITE

ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 11.59pm on Friday 24th December 2010 and will close at 11.59pm on Thursday 20th January 2011 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will take place between 9.00am and 5.00pm from Monday 10th January 2011 until Friday 21st January 2011(“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize from the Promoter 30 days prior to their entry in this Competition or if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 12 months prior to their entry in this Competition or if they have attended a Mix 94.5 VIP Skyworks Listener Party in the 2 years prior to this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Registration Period listeners will need to visit the website to register their entry for Mix 94.5’s Aussie Two Ups.
As part of the entry they will be required to nominate a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) of their favourite songs by an Australian Band or Artist.
At various times during the Promotional Period the Promoter will randomly select entries and call each entrant on the phone number provided to inform the entrant that their entry has been chosen and that the Promoter will now play two of their chosen songs back to back on air. They will then be awarded a prize.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS

ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS
Prizes will be awarded in accordance with Item 8.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be a minimum of seventy (70) prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
One (1) x invitation for the prize winner and three (3) people to attend the City of Perth Skyworks VIP Listener Party on Wednesday 26 January 2011 on the Perth Foreshore plus a picnic food hamper (voucher to be redeemed at the VIP Listener Party).
Total Value of each prize: $100.00 (x70)
Total Minimum Value of all prizes: $7,000.00
