Use this form to email photos of yourself in a Costume Factory costume, all entrants go into the monthly draw to win a $100 costume hire voucher (conditions apply*, see below.)
Selected photos may be published (anonymously) in our Gallery of Stars.
You will be notified by mail if your photo wins a prize, so please include your address and a daytime phone number.
This form is for photo entries only, our webmaster cannot answer your costume hire questions! For costume hire enquiries, please contact your nearest store. *Gallery of Stars Competition terms & conditions of entry: open to all Costume Factory customers who have hired a costume from any Costume Factory Australia store between January 1st and December 31st 2010.
All photos submitted via the website form become the property of Costume Factory Australia and may be published in the public online "Gallery of Stars" on the Costume Factory website or used in marketing & promotional materials.
Entrants will be judged on the presentation of their costume and the quality of the photo. One entrant will be chosen from all the entries in each calendar month to be the 'Best Dressed'. This entrant will receive a voucher by mail entitling them to one free costume hire up to the value of $100 (postal address within Australia required).
Entrants who are submitting a photo of another person on their behalf confirm they have obtained that person's permission to do so.
Only one photo per customer per hire is permitted.
Costume Factory Australia reserves the right to publish, edit and remove photos & customer feedback in the online gallery and promotional materials at it's sole discretion. Entrants may request a photo to be removed from the gallery at any time by contacing us.
Privacy: Costume Factory Australia will not share any personal information obtained via this form with any third party. Entrants will not be added to any mailing list without their permission and they will not be contacted for any reason other than to notify them of the competition results.
