CONDITIONS OF ENTRYGeneral
1. Information on how to enter the Australian Classic Car “Win an EJ Holden” promotion (“Promotion”) and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions of entry.
3. The promoter is NRMA Open Road Pty Limited (“Promoter”) ABN 91 000 026 844 of 9 George St, North Strathfield, NSW 2137.
4. The Promotion commences at 9am AEST on 15 December 2010 and entries close at 5.30pm AEST on 14 June 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
5. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Persons under 18 years must seek permission to enter from the parent or guardian.
How to Enter
6. T o enter this Promotion, entrants must: a) remove the Promotion coupon from Classic Car magazine and, complete their contact
details including their name, address, email, telephone number and any other information so requested. Entries must be sent to Classic Car Win an EJ Holden Competition, Locked Bag 933, North Sydney 2059. Each coupon will entitle the entrant to five (5) chances to win in the draw; or
b) subscribe or renew an existing subscription to Classic Car magazine for a minimum of 12 months (“Subscription”) during the Promotion Period. Each Subscription will entitle the entrant to one hundred (100) chances to win in the draw.
7. Entrants can order their Subscription by sending an order form to Locked Bag 933, North Sydney NSW 2059, calling 1300 782 312 or online at

www.magshop.com.au during the Promotional Period, including their name, address, email, telephone number, NRMA Membership number (if relevant) and any other information so requested.
8. In the case that the Subscription is ordered as a gift, both the Subscription recipient and the donor are eligible to receive one hundred (100) chances to win in the draw, as long as the donor has:
a) informed the Subscription recipient that their personal information will be provided to the Promoter for the purposes of receiving a subscription to Australian Classic Car and entry into this Promotion; and
b) provided the Subscription recipient with the Promoter’s contact details; and c) ordered the Subscription, including their details as well as those of the Subscription
recipient as per the following; name, address, email, telephone number, NRMA Membership number (if relevant) and any other information so requested.
9. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part. Eligibility
10. Employees of the Promoter (Employees) and their Related Bodies Corporate (as this term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and such Employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, at any time during or after the closing of the Promotion, the validity of all entries, to disqualify any entrant who submits incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries or tampers with the entry process or uses any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly.
12. Entrants must notify the Promoter in writing of any changes of email address, residential address or phone number.
13. Winners who cannot be reached at the email address, address or telephone number provided on their entry will be disqualified.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to:
a) verify the validity of entries and entrants including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence; and/or
b) disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is, in its reasonable opinion, not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
Draws and Prizes
15. The draw will take place at DCA, Suite 2, Level 3, 201 Miller Street, North Sydney on 23 June 2011, at 11am AEST.
16. The first valid entry drawn from the total number of entries received, will win one (1) 1963 EJ Holden car, including 12-months’ on-road registration costs,
which must be picked up from Sydney metropolitan area. If prizewinner is from Vic or SA, the prize includes a one-way economy airfare for the winner only, from the winner’s nearest commercial airport to Sydney to collect the car. Any additional costs involved in getting the car back to the winner’s residence are the responsibility of the winner.
17. If the prizewinner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter at their discretion and any other documentation as required by the Promoter.
18. The prize is valued between $7,000 and $10,000, as at 17 November 2010, and is correct at time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value.
19. If prize (or part of prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value or specification, subject to any written directions given by the appropriate State or Territory Lottery Departments. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
20. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
2. The winner will be notified by mail and telephone on 24 June 2011 and the winner’s name will be published in the August 2011 issue of Classic Car magazine, on sale 13 July 2011 and published online at
www.ccar.com.au. Only the winner will receive written notification.
21. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, or chooses not to participate in the Promotion, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.
22. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at 11am AEST on 26 September 2011 at DCA, Suite2, Level 3, 201 Miller Street, North Sydney, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and the subsequent winner will be notified by mail and telephone on 28 September 2011 and have their name published in the November issue of Classic Car magazine.
Personal Information and Privacy
23. Entry into the Promotion constitutes the entrants consent to permit the Promoter, and any of its partners, contractors, agents or related body corporates, to use the entrants personal information including name, age, membership number and image, mobile phone number, email address and any other information provided to the Promoter by the entrant pursuant to this competition, in
whole or part, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without remuneration, limitation or restriction, including for promotional and advertising purposes to promote the Promoter, its business and related companies.
24. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, send electronic messages or telephone the entrant.
25. The Promoter must:
a) also procure that its employees, agents and contractors, act in accordance with the Privacy Law in dealing with any Personal Information of an entrant; and
b) do anything reasonably required to comply with the Privacy Law.
26. Entrants can request access, provide updates, opt-out or correct their personal information by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer in writing at Level 2, 9 George Street, North Strathfield NSW 2137 or via email at

Disclaimer
28. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, and any of its partners, contractors, agents or related body corporates (including any directors, officers, and employees thereof), will not be liable for any loss, personal injury or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss), whether as a result of participation in this Promotion, the Promoter’s negligence or otherwise.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, for any reason whatsoever, without liability.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without any further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to the winner(s). It is a Condition of Entry into this promotion that the winner will consent to the Promoter doing so.
