2. To be eligible to enter you must complete all sections of the entry form, be aged over 18 at the date the competition closes and not be an employee (or relative of an employee) of Queensland Rail or an associated company.

prize 1 will be drawn on 31 December 2010 (Prize 1) and prize 2 will be drawn on 31 January 2011. c) the random prize draw will be made electronically at Queensland Rail.
4. All entries need to be completed and submitted by the draw date.
Prize 1 entries close at 9:00AM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) 31 December 2010. Prize 2 entries close at 9:00AM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) 31 January 2011. The winners of the prizes will be announced one day after the draw. The winners will be contacted by email and the prize mailed to them. If the winners are not contactable and do not respond to Queensland Rail within five days, Queensland Rail has the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Prize 1 and Prize 2 are valid between 3 January to 29 March 2011 and both are not extendable. Prizes are also subject to availability, excludes high season periods, public holidays and school holiday periods, must be booked 30 days in advance, and some blackout dates apply. Valid for one booking only. All upgrades/extras are payable at time of booking.

10. Prizes must be taken as offered, are not exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or for resale.
11. All other expenses, including, but not limited to travel, breaks in journey, meal costs, travel insurance, spending money and other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
12. Queensland Rail will only accept entries made personally by individuals. Queensland Rail reserves the right to reject entries made through automated entry systems or competition websites.
13. All entries must include the Code found on the outside back cover of EMBARK magazine when entering online.
14. If the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, Queensland Rail reserves the right to substitute the prizes for one of equal or greater value subject to Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act and Regulations 1999.
