1. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to residents of Australia, other than employees of ACP Magazines Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, and their associated agencies and families.
2 Competition opens 8/12/10 and will run until 1/03/11 unless extended. Entry is by filling in the form and describing your favourite barbecue experience. The response deemed the best by the Caravan World editorial team will win.
3 The winning entry will be judged by Caravan World Editorial team by 11 am on the Monday following the close of competition, at Trader Classifieds 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh, VIC 3166. The winner will be notified by email or phone by the Friday following.
4 All entries become the property of ACP Magazines Ltd, care of ACP Trader Classifieds Pty Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, the promoter, at 73 Atherton Road, Oakleigh, Vic 3166, and may be used in future marketing promotions
6 The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the conditions will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
7 Total prize value is $599 AUD. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
8 Prize includes 1 x Freedom Grill FG-50. Maximum value of prize is $599. If the winner fails to provide their postal address after one week, the prize is void, at the judge's discretion.
9 In participating in the competition, the winners will agree to participate and co-operate as required all editorial activities relating to the competition. The winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such editorial in all media worldwide, and as such the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
10 The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion are governed by the Privacy Notice.
