SOLAR HARNESS WIN IT FREE COMPETITION
The Solar Harness Win it Free Competition "First Prize" is currently a 1500 watt photovoltaic grid connected system and includes full standard installation and all necessary components for the said system to be grid connected. The prize does not extend to include any required meter upgrades or reprogramming of existing meters which may be necessary. These services will be supplied to you by the utility provider.
The prize is based on the winner agreeing to assign the Federal solar credits rebate/ Renewable Energy Credits that may be credited for the system to Solar Harness. First Prize is based on the “GAP” amount after all available government rebates are applied. If you have purchased and installed a system through Solar Harness you will be refunded the “GAP” monies if you are drawn out as a winner under the same terms and conditions as outlined in this document
You must be a home owner. You/Your home must be eligible for the Solar Credits Scheme.
You agree to your name and if required your picture, or a picture of your installed system (at your discretion) being used in promotional marketing and publicized and or published.
From time to time Solar Harness may issue a given number of “Second Prize” prizes. Second Prizes will constitute a $1,000AUD or other lesser amount awarded, which can be credited towards any photovoltaic system purchase. Prizes are credited based on the recommended retail price from the Solar Harness Retail Pricelist as it stands at the time of redemption.
Additional costs, like additional non standard mounting systems, will be applied at cost if required in good faith from Solar Harness, and with your consent. Geographical locations for installations are limited to areas that Solar Harness has available and costed installation capacity as outlined by Solar Harness from time to time. Some locations may incur a travel change for installations which is also over and above the scope of a Solar Harness prize.
The prizes are not transferable. Written permission may be gained from Solar Harness in certain circumstances to transfer a valid prize. First Prizes are valid for a period of six calendar months after announcement by Solar Harness. Prizes are only valid at time of “in home system quotation”.
No prizes are redeemable for cash payments. Solar Harness is the entity responsible alone for determining the validity of any prize winners, and therefore the awarding or rescinding of any prizes is at the sole discretion of Solar Harness. By entering this competition you agree to grant permission for Solar Harness or any of its controlled entities to use your contact details for the purposes of communication with you. Solar Harness respects your privacy and at no time will knowingly make your details available to non related third parties.
All winners will be notified by either telephone or mail.
