Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or over, ('eligible persons').
The promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 18/12/10 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 30/11/11. ("Promotional Period").
To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, receive by post the 2011 Winning Choice Entry Form or 2011 My Essentials Entry Form, complete all details and return by reply paid post or online entry form at
www.winningchoice.com.au or
www.myessentials.com.au. Eligible persons agree to receive further information about Wine Consumption and Wine Investment upon entering. All completed entries will be entered into the applicable prize draw.
Limit of one entry per person in each draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
There will be four draws. The draws will take place at 4pm AEST at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. All entries received from 18/12/10 to 31/03/11 will be entered in Draw 1 on 11/04/11; all entries received from 01/04/11 to 30/06/11 will be entered in Draw 2 on 11/07/11; all entries received from 01/07/11 to 30/09/11 will be entered in Draw 3 on 10/10/11 and all entries received from 01/10/11 to 30/11/11 will be entered in Draw 4 on 12/12/11;
The first eligible entry drawn in each draw will receive the winner's choice of one of the following prize options (except for residents of the Northern Territory, who are not eligible to choose from Options 1, 2, 6 or 13);
Option 1. A collection of Penfold's Grange (as chosen by the Promoter); or,
Option 2. A year's supply of wine (the winner will receive a case of wine every month for twelve months as chosen by the Promoter); or,
Option 3. $2,000 cash paid by cheque or directly by EFT into the winner's nominated account; or,
Option 4. The winner's choice of a Red Balloon Experience, as promoted during the applicable draw period, some of the prize choices included are listed below (this prize is subject to the supplier's Terms & Conditions, and additional details are available at ). If the experience is unavailable at the time of the prize draw or the winner cannot attend their chosen prize (due to date/time/geographic restrictions) the winner will receive a Red Balloon voucher to the value of $2,000 or can choose any of the. Option 5. A Year's Supply of Belgian Chocolate. Details: 1 year subscription of 1 kilo per month. 1 kilo (+/- 67 chocolates). 1 kilo = 35 OZ. 1 giftbox of 1 kilo per month for a period of 12 months. Winner chooses the first delivery day (Mon - Fri) and they'll receive your gifts on the same day each month. Value of prize: $1,695.05. Chocolates supplied by Vanderwee Chocolate Australia. Option 17. Two nights in Noosa for two (2) adults, including return economy airfares from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Noosa, Queensland and twinshare accommodation in a 3 star property for two people. Option 18. Ski holiday for two (2) adults, including return economy airfares from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to the ski destination of the winner's choice and twinshare accommodation for two people at a ski resort in Australia (a chosen by the winner). Maximum retail value of each Prize is $2,000 including GST. Maximum retail value of the total Prizepool is $8,000 including GST. Should the winner be drawn from NSW, by law they will be entitled to a maximum of 20 litres of alcohol only and the difference in value in cash. Individual prize supplier conditions apply. Unless stated otherwise, prize validity is 6 months from the date of the applicable draw.
Winners will be notified in writing and their names published in The Australian newspaper on 15/04/11 for Draw 1; 15/07/11 for Draw 2; 14/10/11 for Draw 3 & 16/12/11 for Draw 4.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
All prizes are subject to availability. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.
Legal aged consumers should be advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are: Males: Up to 6 standard drinks on anyone day, no more than 3 days a week Females: Up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week A full version of the guidelines is available at;

For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same time and place as the original draw/s on 08/04/12 subject to state regulations and the winner/s will be notified in writing and have their name/s published in The Australian newspaper on 15/04/12.
Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition.
