This overview forms part of the general Terms and Conditions for the “THE DILEMMA” (competition). The promoter is the ARN Broadcasting Pty Ltd (Mix101.1). “THE DILEMMA” will air on Mix101.1 Melbourne. Entry is online via

Promoting in season tickets to a screening of THE DILEMMA, along with a major prize of a nights accommodation at either the Spa Country Spa Villas in Daylesford OR The Lyall Hotel Spa and Hotel in South Yarra, Mix101.1 listeners will be invited to participate in the competition from 6am Monday 3rd January 2011 to 11.59pm (AEDST) Sunday 9th January 2011. Listeners will be invited to log onto
www.mix1011.com.auto register their details and telling us their dilemma in 25 words or less for the chance to win.
From the entries received, 50 x winners will be selected based upon the creativity of their entry and awarded a double pass to attend the previously nominated preview screening. One valid entry will also be selected based upon the creativity if their entry to win the major prize.
Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Any general competition rules or terms and conditions of the Radio Station do not apply to this Promotion.

Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Entry is open to residents of Victoria. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. Any person who has won a prize valued at $1,000 or more from the Promoter, or the Radio Station, in any promotion within the past six months, is ineligible to enter.

The Promotion commences at from 6am Monday 3rd January to 11.59pm (AEDST) Sunday 9th January 2011. (“Promotional Period”).

Participants are not limited in the attempts at entry, however any form of automated entry using any other devices or software (not previously specified) is invalid. 9.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.

The prize allocation and winner notification will occur (via phone and in writing) on Monday 10th January 2011, at Mix101.1, Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond.

All winners tickets will be posted (standard mail) via Australia Post prior to the screening. Mix101.1 takes no responsibility for failure within the Postage System resulting in tickets arriving after the screening date. Mix101.1 is under no obligation to provide a make good if this occurs.

Subject to the approval required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, if any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it in Australia, the Promoter may substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.

If the Promotion/Screening is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
