Nature of the competition: A prize offer will appear on neck tags on bottles of Bosisto’s EucoFresh
Pre-Wash sold in Woolworths and Safeway supermarkets.

How to enter: Shoppers must purchase a bottle of Bosisto’s EucoFresh Pre-Wash, fill in their
name, address, contact telephone number and the last four (4) digits of the
barcode on the back of the neck tag and return to FGB Natural Products.
Dates of promotion: 1 August 2010 – 31 March 2011
Winners drawn: 12pm, 1 April 2011 at FGB Head Office
Winners notified: By telephone and mail

Terms and Conditions: Entry is open to Australian residents except employees and their immediate
families of the Promoter. To enter, entrants must record the last 4 digits of the
barcode of Bosisto’s EucoFresh Pre-Wash, then complete the entry form on the
neck tag and send to the address PO Box 74, Oakleigh South Vic 3167 by the
required closing date. All valid entires will automatically go in the draw.
Promotion commences 01/08/10. Entries close 5pm EST 31/03/11. Draw takes
place on 01/04/11 at 12pm at FGB Head Office, 61-81 Clarinda Road, Oakleigh
South, Vic 3167. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into. The first 20 entries drawn will win a $150 Bosisto’s Gift Pack. Winners will

that date. Unclaimed prize draw will be held on 01/07/11 at 12pm at FGB Head
