In the Offer Period, claimants must then register that purchase by visiting
www.chux.com.au, following the prompts to the offer page and providing their details including name, address, telephone number, last 4 digits of the CHUX product barcode and store receipt number from the qualifying purchase. Claimants must retain their store receipt as proof of purchase.
If the purchase qualifies the claimant for a discount coupon and the claim is valid and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the claimant will receive a discount coupon (Coupon) that the claimant must print off in order to redeem the Offer at a participating cinema box office.
Each eligible purchase of a specially marked CHUX product and a valid claim entitles the purchaser to one Coupon. Each Coupon will have a unique code on it and each Coupon can only be redeemed once and must be surrendered at the cinema upon redemption. A purchaser may claim multiple Coupons provided that each claim relates to a separate specially marked CHUX product purchase in the Offer Period.
Each Coupon entitles the bearer to receive a one dollar ($1) discount off the full admission price of a children's movie ticket (child must be aged 15 years or younger) at any of the following participating cinemas in Australia: Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle and Village branded cinemas (Offer). Offer not valid for Gold Class. Multiple Coupons can be used in relation to the purchase of the same child movie ticket in order to obtain a further discount of one dollar.
Coupon must be redeemed by 31 December 2011. Coupon can only be redeemed for movies that are appropriate for the child's age according to classification ratings. Actual admission prices may vary between participating cinemas and this does not affect the Offer. Coupon holders must check information regarding participating cinema locations and movie session details.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to request that claimants send in the store receipts (by mail or other means as required) as proof of purchase for their claim within a reasonable period of time, before issuing a Coupon. If the proof of purchase is not received by the Promoter or the claim is not verified to the Promoter's satisfaction within the time requested, that claim will become invalid.
Coupon can only be redeemed in person at the participating cinema box office. Participating cinema venues may, at their discretion, request valid identification to verify the age of a child. Coupon cannot be redeemed on the phone, online or as part of a group booking.
Offer is subject to movie session availability and the Promoter cannot guarantee that your chosen movie session and/or time will be available. Coupon redemption may be subject to the child being accompanied by an adult or legal guardian which will involve an additional movie ticket purchase at full price.
Defaced or illegible Coupons or Coupons that have passed their expiry date will not be accepted. The Promoter, its agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Coupons. Coupons have no monetary value, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
The Promoter and its agents are not liable for any personal loss or injury at participating venues and cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning quality and/or availability of movies. The Promoter and its agents do not directly provide any of the goods and services - these are solely provided by the venues. If you have any queries, complaints or claims relating to any of these goods and services, you should deal directly with the venue concerned.
The Promoter reserves the right to at any time terminate or suspend this Offer.

The Promoter is collecting personal information contained in the claim form for the purposes of conducting this offer. Claiming is conditional on providing this information. If the claimant has marked the "opt-in" box on the registration form, the claimant consents to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter's database (for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised) and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter's products including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging or telephone.
