Terms and conditions of entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is
deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
2. The competition is open to New Zealand and Australian residents and citizens only. Employees of the Promoter and
the Promoter’s associated companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide all information required in the registration form of www.scene.co.nz.
(“Eligible Entrants”)
4. Eligible entrants are limited to one entry only. Entry is via www.scene.co.nz website and 365 Queenstown Facebook page only.
5. There are two prizes to be won. One winner will be selected from Australia and one will be selected from New
Zealand. Winners and their “mates” will be required to get themselves to either Auckland, Melbourne, Sydney or
Brisbane.
6. Competition closes midnight January 14, 2011. Winner will be drawn by random selection. Promoter’s decision is
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified via the 365 Queenstown Facebook page wall. Inability to contact the winner within 14
days will result in the prize being forfeited.
8. The Queenstown trip must be taken between April 1 and May 28, 2011 with a lock out period between April 22
and April 25 (dates inclusive).
9. All Queenstown adventures are subject to availability and weather disruption.
10. Winner must have valid driver’s license to claim use of a vehicle during their stay in Queenstown.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil
due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
