Please note: children must be at least 1.2 metres tall to ride on slides. Children of all heights are elligible to use the water park.

1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.

3.Entry is available to Victorian residents only. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and their immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.

All entries must be received by the Promoter by 11:59pm AEST 22/12/10.
6.Entries must include the entrant�s full name, address, age and contact telephone number.
7.Entrants may enter as often as they like using the online competition form.

two prize draws.

The prize draw for the 20 family passes to Leisurelink will take place at 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 12/01/11 at the office of the Geelong Advertiser 191-195 Ryrie St, Geelong Vic 3220.

The prize draw for the 20 family ultimate slide passes to Leisurelink will take place at 12:00pm AEST Monday 24/01/11 at the office of the Geelong Advertiser 191-195 Ryrie St, Geelong Vic 3220.
12.There are two different prizes on offer, they are:
�20 x Family passes to Leisurelink
�20 x Family ultimate slide passes to Leisurelink
13.To be able to ride the slides at Leisurelink, winners must be at least 1.2metres tall.

All passes expire 28/02/201115.Total prize pool value is AUD $2,000.
16.Prize values are based on the recommended retail price at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between now and the time of redemption.
17.Winners will be contacted by telephone and in writing within 7 working days of the draw. Winners and their details will be published in the Public Notices section of the Geelong Advertiser on 25/01/11.
18.Prizes must be collected from the Geelong Advertiser within four weeks from the time of notification.
Winners will be required to present photo identification when collecting their prize.
19.The winners must, on request by the promoter, be able to provide evidence, which to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these terms and conditions.
20.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
21.The promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received. The judge�s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
22.Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as offered. No responsibility is taken for the winner�s loss of the prize.
23.The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
