of Entry - Entry is open to clients of Hair Machine; who have received & purchased services from Hair Machine,
between the dates of Sunday, 26 December 2010 & Thursday, 17 February 2011 • Directors, management &
immediate families are excluded from entering the competition. Employees of Hair Machine are not permitted
to enter • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for entry • Entrants must be able to travel on
the designated dates Thursday, 17 & Friday, 18 March 2011 as the dates are not transferable. • Entrants must
complete all details on the ‘2011 L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival’ competition entry form; including, first &
last names, phone details, full address & email. Tick boxes relating, to age, gender, existing clients, how clients
found out about the competition & if they give permission for their details to be published in The Advertiser &
promotional material, must be marked • Clients can only attain an entry form by their Hair Machine stylist,
once their service has been received & purchased • The form can then be submitted into an entry box located
in each of our salons • Clients may enter more than once providing they receive & purchase services from Hair
Machine on separate dates. • Duration & Location of Promotion - The promotion commences Sunday, 26
December 2010 & closes on Thursday, 17 February 2011 • the competition will only be run in South Australia.
• Entry Details - 7,000 entry forms will be printed • All fields must be completed on the entry form • only fully
completed entry forms will be eligible for the draw • Prize Details & Value - The competition prize is estimated
at a value of $3000. This is deemed as a minor prize according to regulations of the SA Liquor & Gambling
Commissioner’s Office • the prize contains 2 tickets to 2011 L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival event plus VIP
treatment. (VIP treatment comprises of 2 front row seats & 2 backstage passes) • The prize also includes 2
return economy flights [cost of air taxes is applicable to competition winner & is not part of prize or prize
value] with Qantas to Melbourne as well as accommodation for 2 people in Melbourne for 1 night. • Time,
Date & Location of Draw - The Draw will be conducted on Monday, 21 February 2011 at 10am (South
Australian time) at Hair Machine Unley, 188 Unley Road, Unley SA 5061 • Entrants do not have to be present
to claim their prize. If not present the winner will be notified by 24th Thursday 24th February 2011. • Notifying
Winners - The winner will be notified by phone & in writing via email within a 4 day period of the prize being
drawn, Even if the winner collects the prize on the day • The winner’s details will be published in The
Advertiser on Thursday, 24 February 2011, in ‘the classifieds’ public announcements in the classifieds
sectioned • Winner’s name & prize details will be displayed at the premises of all Hair Machine Salons for a 14
day period following the draw (unless requested otherwise) • Claiming the prize – prizes must be claimed by
Monday, 28 February 2011 before 5.30pm • Prize winner must make contact with Nigel Rodighiero at Phil
Hoffmann Travel Glenelg office by 5.30pm Monday, 28 February 2011 by phone on 1300 856 748 or the prize
may be deemed void • If the prize is unclaimed by Monday, 28 February after 5.30pm, the prize will be
redrawn. • Conditions of Travel - The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, traveller’s cheques,
foreign currency or other credit • Accommodation is a Phil Hoffmann Travel verdict subject to availability at
the time of booking • Items of a personal nature including travel insurance & levies are not included • Offer
excludes school holidays & long weekends • Valid for travel Thursday, 17 March 2011 until Friday, 18 March
2011 • Bookings are subject to Phil Hoffmann Travel Schedule of Professionalism. • Disclosures - By entering
