SINGHS FULL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The minimum age of entrants is 17 years.
3. The promotion commences on 28th November 2010 and entries close end of business on 26th February 2011.
4. To receive an entry into the draw a customer must purchase 2 Goodyear Brand tyres from Singhs Tyre and Mechanical stores in Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay, Casino and Kyogle. Brands include: Goodyear, Bluestreak, Dunlop and Triangle.
5. The prize draw will take place at Singhs Tyre and Mechanical, 68 Keen Street, Lismore, NSW 2480 at 12 pm (AEST) on 1st March 2011. The first randomly drawn entry will win a Kia Rio “S” 5 speed manual, 5 door hatch. The prize is valued at $13,490 (including on road costs). The winner will be notified by mail and the winner’s name will be published in The Northern Star on Wednesday 2nd March 2011.
6. The winner does not need to be present at the draw, but once notified the winner will have three months in which to claim the prize. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize is correct as at date of publication and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in any prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with this competition.
9. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to State and Territory Regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
10. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it’s determination, including but not limited to vandalism, tempests, natural disasters, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State and Territory Regulations.
11. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to State and Territory lottery departments, and that the winner’s name and locality will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the address stated below.
