“Win an iPad - eStatement & Visa Debit Promotion” Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry
not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to Coastline Credit Union (“Coastline”) members. Application for Visa
Debit card is restricted to persons 18 years of age and over. Employees of Coastline
and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 29th
November 2010 & closes at 5pm on 31st January 2011 Australian Eastern Daylight
Saving Time (“AEDST”) (“Promotion Period”).
4. To enter the prize draw, eligible Coastline Members must register for an eStatement,
online at
www.coastline.com.au or in any Coastline Branch or upgrade their CueCard
to a Coastline Visa debit card by January 31st 2011.
5. All valid applications received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the prize
draw.
6. The first valid entry drawn will win a prize which is an Apple iPad valued at approx.
$629.
7. The prize draw will be conducted at 10am on 4th February 2011 at 64 Elbow Street,
West Kempsey NSW 2440. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail and will
also appear at
www.coastline.com.au.
8. Total prize pool is valued at $629.
9. Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.
10. Coastline is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including
but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or
sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
11. Each entry becomes the property of Coastline. All details will be held in accordance
with Coastline’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting
www.coastline.com.auor calling 1300 36 1066.
12. Coastline’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the competition, the major prize winner agrees to the use of their names,
images and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without
compensation, and agrees that Coastline will own copyright in any such images and
photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
14. Prize will only be delivered in Australia and the winner should allow 28 days from prize
draw for delivery of their prize.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused
by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the
control of Coastline which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or
integrity of the promotion, Coastline reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject
to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Coastline may in its sole discretion
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
16. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Coastline’s database.
Coastline is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete
information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. Coastline is not
responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or
computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic
congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including
any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer
related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication
or of any materials in this promotion.
